Admin

Use the various Admin screens to configure how TicketRx functions. There are screens to administer users, adjust billing option and rates, set up notifications sent by the system, and to configure many other aspects of the TicketRx system. Many of the values you see displayed in drop-down lists throughout TicketRx are created using an Admin screen. An example of an Admin screen is the Groups screen which is used to create and maintain groups and the people associated to those groups.

To view the Admin screens, click the Admin icon in the TicketRx menu bar, and then click the screen you want to view from the left-hand navigation panel.

If you enter data that contains one or more leading or trailing spaces into any of the Admin screens, TicketRx will automatically strip these extra spaces from the data at the time you submit the data.
