Billing Problems
The Billing Problems screen shows activities that aren't being billed. The data on this screen is read-only.
The billing problems can be searched using the following criteria:
- Utility
- Term
- Status Code
- Kind - why the activity is not being billed
The Billing Problems screen is shown below:
You can change the columns that are displayed on the Billing Problems screen by configuring the grid.
