Change Log
The Change Log is a low-level, internal feature that we have exposed to TicketRx users.
The Change Log displays detailed information about changes that have been made in the Admin system. This allows managers to determine who made unwanted, repeated, or any other changes to the Admin system. Information displayed in the Change Log is read-only.
Users can search for changes by who made the change, the time frame for the change, what changed, the type of object changed, and the type of change.
The Change Log screen is shown below:
You can change the columns that are displayed on the Change Log pane by configuring the grid.
