Office
The Office screen is used to create and edit office locations within the TicketRx system. Office locations are used to provide the local office's information on communications sent by the TicketRx system. Offices can be assigned to utilites so that any communication sent by TicketRx pertaining to a locate from that utility will contain the address and telephone information for the local office assigned to that utility.
To create a new office location, click the Create Office button, then enter all of the office location information into the corresponding fields. Once all necessary information has been entered, click the Save button.
To edit an existing office location, enter a part of or the whole office name, and click the Search button located to the right of the Name text box. Then, select the office and make any changes necessary. Once all necessary changes are made, click the Save button.

You can change the columns that are displayed on the Office screen by configuring the grid.
Create/Edit Tab
The Create/Edit tab contains the following fields:
- Name - office name used within TicketRx
- Published Name - office name used on communications sent by TicketRx
- Address 1
- Address 2
- City
- State
- Zip
- Phone
- Fax
- Locating Firm
- Invoice Footer - allows for a custom message to be printed at the bottom of service invoices. In case when value is empty, then default.invoice.payment.terms setting is used.
- Receipt Footer - allows for a custom message to be printed at the bottom of service receipts. In case when value is empty, then default.receipt.payment.terms setting is used.

Logo Tab
The Logo tab allows a specific logo to be selected for each office. Custom logos, which are used only in service receipts and service invoices, provide a way of branding these documents based on which office performs the work. If a logo is not selected, TicketRx will use the system logo that was provided to the TicketRx team.
Under Logo Selection, logos can be uploaded and deleted.
The Logo tab contains the following fields:
- Logo - the logo that is currently selected for the office
- Logo Selection - list of available logos
