Selection Options
The Selection Options module is used to manage the selections available in the drop-down boxes within TicketRx.
To create a selection option, click on the Create button. Then enter the appropriate values for the following fields:
- Label - what will appear in the drop-down box
- Value - what value will be sent to the database for this choice
- Category - Each question with a drop-down box is represented by a category. You can search for a category by clicking the button to the right of text box.
Click the Save button after all information has been entered.
The Selection Options screen is shown below:

You can change the columns that are displayed on the Selection Options pane by configuring the grid.
