Service Lists and Fees
The Service Lists and Fees admin module is used to manage services lists and associated fee schedules.
The Service Lists and Fees screen is shown below:
There are two panes on the Service Lists and Fees screen, the Service List and Detail panes.
Service List Pane
The Service List pane displays all existing service lists. Highlight a service list to view detailed information about the service lists and associated fee schedules in the Detail pane.
Detail Pane
The Detail pane displays detailed information about the service lists and associated fee schedules.
The following fields are displayed on the Detail pane. The fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
- Service List*
- Active
- Fee Schedule - used to add additional fee schedules to service list
There are three tabs on the Detail pane, the Detail, Add Services, and History tabs.
Detail Tab
The Detail tab is used to manage the display order of the services and categories in the service list, which services are active for each service list, and the fees associated to the services for each fee schedule.
The services and categories are moved up and down in the display order by using the up and down arrows located between the Category and Active columns.
If the Active checkbox is unchecked, the service is inactive. Inactive services will not be displayed on the Services tab of the Ticket Detail screen for any tickets created after the service is made inactive.
To enter a new service fee or modify an existing service fee, double-click on the appropriate cell and enter the desired value. If the box in the User Fee column is checked, the fee for this service is defined by the locator who does the work or their manager, and cannot be specified via the Service Lists and Fees admin screen.

Add Services Tab
The Add Services tab is used to add additional services to a service list. Highlight the services to be added, and click the Add Services to List button located at the bottom of the Add Services tab.
Note: Only services that are not currently included on the service list are displayed.

History Tab
The History tab displays a history of when the service list was modified and the user who modified it.

Utilities Tab
The Utilities tab displays the utilities that the service list is assigned to.

Adding A Service List
Follow these steps to add a service list:
- Click the Add Service List button.
- Enter the service list name in the Service List field on the Detail pane.
- Add the appropriate services using the Add Services tab on the Detail pane.
- Click the Save button, located at the bottom of the Detail pane.
Adding A Fee Schedule
Follow these steps to add a fee schedule to a service list:
- Highlight the service list that the fee schedule will be added to in the Service List pane.
- Enter the name of the fee schedule to be added in the Fee Schedule field on the Detail pane.
- Add the Add Fee Schedule button, located to the right of the Fee Schedule field.
- Enter the rates for all services that are not user supplied. In order to save the new fee schedule, all non-user supplied fees must be defined.
- Click the Save button, located at the bottom of the Detail pane.
