"Add A Locate"
Before the Add A Locate feature can be used, a manual feed must exist in the state from where ticket was sent.
It may be added using the Admin/Feeds screen of TicketRx. Conventional names of manual feeds generally start with "MAN-". For example: "MAN-TX", "MAN-MO" etc.

After adding a manual feed, it must be associated with terms. The easiest way of creating manual terms is to find a list of terms on the Admin/Terms screen, select the terms that must be added to the manual feed, and press the "Copy to feed" button. A dialog box with a list of manual feeds will pop up. Choose the manual feed you created, and the terms will be copied there. The association between the terms and the utilities is preserved.
No billing changes are necessary since the new terms have the same names as the old terms.
Once the system is configured properly, users must perform a sync. After syncing, they will be able to use the Add A Locate feature. This feature is performed by clicking the Add Locate button in the Ticket Detail screen.
