Client Access Rights

External customers are sometimes allowed access to TicketRx. But these users are only allowed to view data corresponding to a specific utility or utilities.

The Client Access Rights report provides a list of external customers and the utilities they have rights to view in TicketRx.

The Client Access Rights report screen is shown below:

Parameters

There are no parameters for this report, so the report will output a list of all external customer access rights.

Report Output

The following fields are included in the report:

  • Utility Name
  • Utility Abbreviation
  • User - name of the external customer with access rights to view this utility.
  • Login Name - login name of the external customer with access rights to view this utility.
