Client and Java Version

The Client and Java Version report provides a list of users and whether they are active or inactive, and the version of TicketRx client and Java in use at the time of there last sync.

The Client and Java Version report screen is shown below:

Parameters

• Manager - All users listed below the user chosen in the user hierarchy will be included in the report.
• Status - specify whether to include all users, only inactive users, or only active users

Report Output

The Client and Java Version report contains the following fields:

• User
• Active - displays an "A" if the user is active and an "I" if the user is inactive
• Client - version of TicketRx client in use when the latest sync was performed
• Java Vers. - version of Java in use when the latest sync was performed
