Users / Groups Rights

The Users / Groups Rights report shows a map of the assignment of rights to users and groups.

Parameters

  • Manager - all users listed below the user chosen in the user hierarchy will be included in the report.
  • Status - specify whether to include all users, only inactive users, or only active users.

Report Output

On the Users / Groups Rights report, rights are listed across the top of the grid, and the users and groups are listed down the left side of the grid. Each right that is assigned to a user or group is labeled in the grid by one of the following definitions:

  • G - The right is assigned to the user as a member of a group.
  • G* - The right is assigned to the user as a member of several groups (each group grants that right).
  • G*B - The right is assigned to the user personally and by several groups
  • B - The right is assigned to the user personally and by a single group
  • U - The right is assigned to the user personally only.
