Amazon Simple Storage Service
Our customer's business data is vital to their operations. That is why TicketRx provides the option of storing attachment files on Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3). This feature can be used either for data archiving or as part of a disaster recovery plan. TicketRx can even copy attachment files directly to our customers' Amazon S3 account. This gives our customers the option of having direct control of the attachment files.
Attachments files are encrypted on Amazon S3 for increased data protection. Files saved to Amazon S3 are stored in redundant data centers operated by Amazon, providing another layer of protection for our customers' vital business data.
