Configure The Default Attachment Directory
Configure the default attachment directory by clicking the File button at the top left-hand corner of the screen. Choose the Options choice from the File menu.

This opens the Options window. The Source Path field in the Attachments section defines the default directory that is opened when the user attaches a file in TicketRx.

Click the Choose button located to the left of the field, select the desired default attachment directory, and click the Select button located in the bottom right corner.

The selected path is now displayed in the Source Path field. Click the Save button to save the selected source path.

The selected directory will now be opened by default when attaching files to a ticket.
