Removing Attachments

To remove an attachment from a ticket, click on the Attachments tab on The Ticket Detail screen. Highlight the attachments to be removed and click the Remove button.

The Confirm Removal dialog box will open, click the Yes button to confirm that the attachment will be deleted, and the attachment upload process will be stopped if it is running.

If the attachment is already uploaded to the server, users must have the "ATTACHMENT.REMOVE" right to remove the attachment. Otherwise, they will receive the error message shown below.
