Attaching Sketches
To create a sketch and attach it to a ticket, open the Attachments tab on the Ticket Detail screen. Select the desired sketch option from the drop-down menu, shown below. Then, click the "Sketch" button.

TicketRx creates a sketch file, attaches it to the ticket, and then opens the sketching application. Once the sketch is finished, save the sketch and close the sketching application. The size of the file attached to the ticket will be updated to reflect the changes made. The sketch files are named using the following naming convention: sketch_<ticket Number>, where <ticket number> is replaced with the ticket number parsed from the ticket.
An attached sketch can be edited as long as it hasn't been uploaded. Click the Edit button on the Attachments tab on the Ticket Detail screen. Once the sketch is finished, save the sketch and close the sketching application. The size of the file attached to the ticket will be updated to reflect the changes made.
The sketch attachment is uploaded using the Sync screen, just like all other attachment files.
The available sketch options are configured on the Admin/Sketch screen.
