Billing Extract Column Explanations
Following is a description of the columns that are displayed on the Billing Extract report. Note that some of the columns are for internal use only while other are currently not being used. Any columns that are not used for all customers are marked as optional. All date columns are converted to the single timezone which can be changed with system administration screen
- Ticket Number - Ticket Number
- Ticket ID - Internal ticket identifier (internal use)
- Utility - The abbreviation of the utility company whose facilities were located, as configured on the Admin/Utility screen
- Term - Member code for the facilities that were located.
- Ticket Type - Ticket type as transmitted by the one-call center.
- Street Number - Street address number from the ticket address.
- Street Name - Name of the street from the ticket address.
- City - City from the ticket address.
- County - County
- State - State
- Excavator - Excavator as recorded on the ticket
- Work Done For - Value of the Work Done For field from the ticket
- Type of Work - Description of work being done from the ticket
- Call Date - Call date parsed from the ticket
- Due Date - Due date/time, as calculated using the due rules configured on the Admin/Feeds screen
- Legal Due Date - Same as Due Date
- Parse Date - Date/time the ticket was parsed into the TicketRx system
- Work Date - Date/time the locate was statused with a billable status
- Initial Status Date - Date/time the locate was statused for the first time
- Status Category - Category of the locate's status code
- Status Description - Description of the locate's status code
- Rate - Amount billed per unit for this locate
- Amount - Amount to bill for this activity on this locate. Per-ticket charges are billed to the first activity on the ticket.
- Locator Name - Name of the user who statused the locate with the status related to the billing charge
- Charge Date - Date/time the billing charge was created
- Units - Number of units billed
- Additional Units - Number of additional units billed
- Feet Marked - Number of feet marked, as entered by locator on the Ticket Detail screen
- Minutes Marked - Number of minutes marked, as entered by locator on the Ticket Detail screen.
- Minutes Billed - Number of minutes marked billed
- Tier - The number of utilities on this ticket.
- Day Part - Indicates whether the ticket was worked during normal hours or after hours
- Flat Rate - Indicated whether a flat-rate produced this charge.
- Number of Notes - Number of notes that were entered for the ticket on the Ticket Detail screen
- First Note - Displays the first note that was entered for the ticket
- Visit Duration (hh:mm) - Length of the visit, determined by Start & Stop date/times entered by locator on the Ticket Detail screen. The time format is "hh:mm:ss.msms".
- Visit Duration (minutes) - Length of visit in minutes, determined by Start & Stop date/times entered by locator on the Ticket Detail screen. The length is shown in decimal format.
- Region - Region value as entered by the locator on the Ticket Detail screen
- Area - Area that the ticket is assigned to
- Work Time Type - Work Time Type value, as entered by locator on the Ticket Detail screen
- Address Count - Number of addresses marked, as entered by locator on the Ticket Detail screen.
- Billing Explanation - Explanation of the billing charges for the locate
- Wire Center - Not Used
- Billing Code - Not Used
- Work Description - Not Used
- Caller Type - Caller Type value as entered by the locator on the Ticket Detail screen
- Map Location - Map locations parsed from the ticket
- Meet - Indicates whether the ticket is a meet ticket
- Ticket Tier - Not Used
- Net Charge - Total charge for the ticket
- Combined Items - Count of billing records that were combined to produce this billing entry.
- Marks Destroyed - Indicates whether the marks that the locator put down (e.g., flags, paint) to show utility locations were destroyed (e.g., by rain or backhoe) (optional)
