Billable Activity
The Billable Activity report lists the billable activity for the specified customers and time periods.
The Billable Activity screen is shown below:

Parameters
- Activity Date - (Optional) If marked active, the report will include only activities on tickets where the "Arrived" date/time (Start time defined by the user on the Ticket Detail screen) is within the specified date range.
- First Receive Date - (Optional) If marked active, the report will include only activities on tickets where the first transmission was received during the specified date range.
- Customers
- Include Non-Billable Activity - If checked, activity that is not marked as billable on the Ticket Detail screen is included.

The Billable Activity report contains the following fields:
