Billable Locates
The Billable Locates report shows all of the locates that have been worked with a billable status.
The Billable Locates screen is shown below:
Parameters
- Date
- Feed(s)
Report Output
The Billable Locates report contains the following fields:
- Parse Date
- Feed
- Total Locates - Count of the locates created
- Total Locates Closed - Count of Total Locates that are closed
- Total Locates Closed and Billed - Count of Total Locates that are currently closed and were statused as billable at least once
- Total Locates Closed and not Billed - Count of Total Locates that are currently closed and were never statused as billable.
- Total Locates Statused and not Closed - Count of Total Locates that were statused at least once and are currently open.
