Needs Attention (Not Emergency)
The Needs Attention (Not Emergency) dashboard pane provides a list of non-emergency tickets that are flagged "Needs Attention". This pane provides an easy way for dispatchers to see non-emergency tickets that still need to be handled.
This pane supports Client Access restrictions.
The following columns are displayed on this pane:
- Ticket Number
- Our Due Date - when the ticket is due.
- Street Name
- City
- County
- State
- Locator - who the ticket is assigned to.
- Assigned On - the date and time the locate was assigned to locator.
- Ticket Type
- Needs Attention - indicates whether the ticket has been acknowledged.
You can view the ticket details by double-clicking the ticket in the list.
