Needs Attention (Not Emergency)

The Needs Attention (Not Emergency) dashboard pane provides a list of non-emergency tickets that are flagged "Needs Attention". This pane provides an easy way for dispatchers to see non-emergency tickets that still need to be handled.

This pane supports Client Access restrictions.

The following columns are displayed on this pane:

  • Ticket Number
  • Our Due Date - when the ticket is due.
  • Street Name
  • City
  • County
  • State
  • Locator - who the ticket is assigned to.
  • Assigned On - the date and time the locate was assigned to locator.
  • Ticket Type
  • Needs Attention - indicates whether the ticket has been acknowledged.

You can view the ticket details by double-clicking the ticket in the list.
