Open Damage Tickets (last 30 days)
The Open Damage Tickets (last 30 days) dashboard pane provides a list of open damage tickets from the last 30 days.
This pane supports Client Access restrictions.
The following columns are displayed on this pane:
- Ticket Number
- Our Due Date - When the earliest locate for given locator and ticket is due.
- Street Name
- City
- County
- State
- Locator - Who the locate is assigned to.
- Assigned On - The date and time the locate was assigned to the locator.
- Needs Attention - Whether the ticket has been acknowledged using the Acknowledge feature. The value for the "Needs Attention" column will be "Yes" until all transmissions for the ticket are acknowledged. The value for the column will be "No" once all transmissions for the ticket are acknowledged.
- Last Transmission - The date and time when the last transmission was received for this ticket.
You can view the ticket details by double-clicking the ticket in the list.
