Open Emergencies

The Open Emergencies dashboard pane provides a list of open emergency tickets. This pane supports Client Access restrictions.

The following columns can be displayed on this pane:

  • Ticket Number
  • Our Due Date - when the ticket is due.
  • Street Name
  • City
  • County
  • State
  • Locator - who the ticket is assigned to.
  • Assigned On - the date and time the locate was assigned to the locator.
  • Needs Attention - displays whether the ticket has been acknowledged using the Acknowledge feature. The value for the "Needs Attention" column will be "Yes" until all transmissions for the ticket are acknowledged. the value for the column will be "No" once all transmissions for the ticket are acknowledged.
  • Last Transmission - displays the date/time when the latest transmission of the ticket was received.

You can view the ticket details by double-clicking the ticket in the list.
