Open Investigations
The Open Investigations dashboard pane provides a list of all open damage investigations. This pane supports Client Access restrictions.
The following columns can be displayed on this pane:
- Inv. Number
- Ticket Number - ticket number associated with the damage investigation.
- Our Due Date - due date for the damage investigation.
- Locator - who the damage investigation is assigned to
- Status
- Street Name
- City
- County
- State
You can view the investigation by double-clicking the ticket in the list.
