Open Short Notice Locates
The Open Short Notice Locates dashboard pane presents a list of locates with "SHORT" or "RUSH" ticket types. This pane supports Client Access restrictions.
The following columns are displayed on this pane:
- Ticket Number
- Our Due Date - when the ticket is due.
- Street Name
- City
- County
- State
- Locator - who the ticket is assigned to.
- Assigned On - the date and time the locate was assigned to the locator.
- Needs Attention - displays whether the ticket has been acknowledged using the Acknowledge feature. The value for the "Needs Attention" column will be "Yes" until all transmissions for the ticket are acknowledged. The value for the column will be "No" once all transmissions for the ticket are acknowledged.
