Opens Totals
The Opens Totals dashboard pane displays a graph showing the amount of open tickets by due date. This pane supports Client Access restrictions.
The following columns are also displayed on this pane:
- Due Category - when the ticket is due.
- Ticket Count - the number of open tickets for the corresponding due date category.
