Field Audit - Cause Code Summary
The Field Audit - Cause Code Summary report displays the number of audits with each cause code.
The Field Audit - Cause Code Summary screen is shown below:
Parameters
- Date Range
- Customers(s)
- Manager
- State - Field audits from the selected state are included in the report. If no state is selected, then audits from all states are included.
- Region - Field audits from the selected region are included in the report. If no region is selected, then audits from all regions are included.
Report Output
The Field Audit - Cause Code Summary report contains the following fields:
- Total Audits Performed - total number of audits performed on tickets containing the specified customer during the selected date range.
- Pass - number of audits with "Pass" result.
- Needs Improvement - number of audits with "Needs Improvement" result.
- Fail - number of audits with "Fail" result.
- Total Defects - number of audits with "Needs Improvement" or "Fail" results.
- Total Defects Rate - the percentage of audits performed that are defects.
- Cause Code
- Number of Audits - number of audits with the listed cause code.
- Percent of Defects - the percentage of defects with the listed cause code.
- Percent of Audits - the percentage of audits with the listed cause code.
A sample Field Audit - Cause Code Summary report is shown below:
Note - This report counts all audits for tickets that contain a utility belonging to the selected customer. The number of audits counted are not based off of the Customers field, they are based off of the utilities contained on the audited ticket. Because tickets can have multiple customers on them, this means the report may include audit information that pertains to customers/utilities not requested.
