Field Audit Detail

The Field Audit Detail report provides a copy of the field audit information with several details based on what you chose to include.

The Field Audit Detail screen is shown below:

Parameters

• Audit # - The number of the audit you want a detailed report for
• Include Field Audit Questions - includes answers to questions and comments from Field Audit Questions Tab
• Include Field Audit Safety Questions - includes answers to questions and comments from Field Audit Safety Questions Tab
• Include Locates - includes details about the locates on the ticket attached to the audit
• Include Ticket - includes the ticket image for the ticket attached to the audit

Report Output

In addition to what is selected to be included, the Field Audit Detail report contains the following fields:

• Audit #
• Auditor
• Employee
• Audit Time
• Country
• State
• County
• City
• Address#
• Ticket Number
• High Profile
• Type Of Work
• Ticket Age
• Due Date
• Date Completed
• Weather
• Result
• Cause Code
• Action Taken
• Comment
