Field Audit Totals
The Field Audit Totals report provides a count of audits based upon the selected parameters and group by selections.

This report contains two different types of parameters that can be used to modify the output of the report.
What To Include In The Report
The first set of parameters specify what data will be included in the report. The following parameters are included in this set:
- Date - Select the date range of audits to be included based on Audit Time
- Employee - (Optional) If marked active, the report will include field audits performed on the employee selected from the list and all users below him in the hierarchy. If not marked active, audits performed on all employees will be included.
- Auditor - (Optional) If marked active, the report will include field audits performed by the auditor selected from the list and all users below him in the hierarchy. If not marked active, audits performed by all auditors will be included.
- Audit Result - Include only field audits with the selected result in the report. If no audit result is selected, then audits with all results are included.
- Cause Code - Include only field audits with the selected cause code in the report. If no cause code is selected, then audits with all cause codes are included.
- County - Include only field audits performed in the selected county in the report. If no county is specified, then audits from all counties are included.
- State - Field audits from the selected state are included in the report. If no state is selected, then audits from all states are included.
- Region - Field audits from the selected region are included in the report. If no region is selected, then audits from all regions are included.
Group By
The second set of parameters specify how the data will be grouped in the report. The following parameters are included in this set:
Employee - displays a separate section for each employee; each section displays the total number of audits and the number of the audits with each audit result (unless a specific result is selected in the parameters).
Auditor - displays a separate section for each auditor; each section displays the total number of audits and the number of the audits with each audit result (unless a specific audit result is selected in the parameters).
County - displays a separate section for each county; each section displays the total number of audits and the number of the audits with each audit result (unless a specific audit result is selected in the parameters).
Audit Result - displays a separate section for each audit result (unless a specific audit result is selected in the parameters); each section displays the total number of audits.
Cause Code - displays a separate section for each cause code; each section displays the total number of audits and the number of the audits with each audit result (unless a specific audit result is selected in the parameters).
Period
- Week - displays counts for each week
- Month - displays counts for each month
