Information Tab

The Field Audit Information tab allows you to enter all necessary information about the employee, ticket, and location being audited. This tab contains the following fields:

  • Ticket # - specifies which ticket is being audited and auto-populates data for other fields on the tab based on the selected ticket
  • Auditor - auto-populated with the name of the user currently logged on
  • Employee - auto-populated based on selected ticket
  • Audit Time - automatically time stamped
  • Country - auto-populated based on selected ticket
  • State/Province - auto-populated based on selected ticket
  • County - auto-populated based on selected ticket and grayed out if selected country is Canada
  • City - auto-populated based on selected ticket
  • Address - auto-populated based on selected ticket
  • High Profile
  • Type Of Work - auto-populated based on selected ticket
  • Customers - auto-populated based on selected ticket
  • Due Date - auto-populated based on selected ticket
  • Date Completed - auto-populated based on selected ticket
  • Ticket Age(days) - auto-calculated as the number of days between the Due Date and Audit Time
  • Weather - weather on the day of the audit
  • Result - result of the audit
  • Cause Code - reason for Needs Improvement or Fail results
  • Cause Code Detail - provides extra detail explaining the selection for Cause Code field
  • Actions Taken - used to describe what actions are taken as a result of the failed audit
  • Comment - the auditor can add any additional comments here

The Weather, Result, and Cause Code fields are drop-down boxes, the values available for these fields are managed on the Admin/Selection Options screen.
