Questions Tab

The Field Audit Questions tab provides a set of questions for the auditor to answer when reviewing the locator's performance. By default each question has the following choices for an answer:

• Yes
• No
• N/A

Note: The answers available in the drop-down box for the questions can be managed on the Admin/Selection Options screen.

If No is chosen as the answer, the Comment field text box becomes ungrayed. This box can be used to explain why "No" was provided as the answer to the question.

Once all questions have been answered and any necessary comments have been added, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen to save changes. To discard any changes made, click the Discard Changes button at the bottom of the screen.
