Safety Questions Tab

The Field Safety Audit Questions tab provides a set of safety questions for the auditor to answer while reviewing the locator. By default each question has the following choices for an answer:

• Meets Standards
• Not In Compliance
• Not Observed

Note: The answers available in the drop-down box for the questions can be managed on the Admin/Selection Options screen.

Once all questions have been answered, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen to save changes. To discard any changes made, click the Discard Changes button at the bottom of the screen.
