Basic Search Tab

The Basic Search tab of the Find screen allows you to search tickets and investigations based on the following criteria:

  • Ticket Number

  • Trans Number

  • Ticket Type

  • Status - select one of these choices:

    • ALL
    • NEW - include tickets with none of the locates statused
    • NOT ALL STATUSED - include tickets with not all of the locates statused
    • OPEN - include only open tickets or investigations
    • CLOSED - include only closed tickets or investigations
    • NEW INVESTIGATIONS
    • IN PROCESS INVESTIGATIONS
    • FIELD CLOSED INVESTIGATIONS
    • COST ENTERED INVESTIGATIONS
    • INVOICED INVESTIGATIONS
  • Due Date

  • Receive Date

  • Work Date

  • Street Name

  • City

  • County

  • State

  • Excavator

  • Work Done For

  • Ticket Text

  • Region

  • Client Claim Number

  • Mail Date

  • Feed

  • With Attachments - Only searches tickets that have attachments.

After entering your search criteria, click the Search Now button. A list of matching tickets or investigations will be listed on the right. Double-clicking on an entry in this list will pull up the Ticket Detail or Investigate screen for this ticket or investigation.

To clear all search criteria you have entered, click the Clear button located to the right of the Search button.

You can also highlight a ticket from the list and click Assign To Me. This will assign the selected ticket to you.
