Running Reports from Find Screen
The Find screen has a drop-down button that allows you to run reports from this screen. The Export to CSV button is also a drop-down box. A different report can be selected by clicking the arrow on the right side of the button.

The current report list contains following choices:
Once you have made your choice, it will appear on the button. Click the button to launch the report.

Export to CSV saves the search result table in Comma-Separated Values (CSV) format. The column names are saved as the first row.
The other three choices allow you to run the corresponding report from Report screen. Results are delivered in CSV format, except the Ticket Detail List report which is delivered in PDF format. The Investigation Summary and Investigation List reports are generated for all investigations listed in the search results table, the Investigation Detail may be used only when a single investigation is chosen. Otherwise, it returns an error message.
When the CSV report generation finishes the CSV file will be automatically opened in a separate program, typically Microsoft Excel.

An attempt to run investigation reports for ticket search results will not work.

An attempt to run the Ticket Detail List report for investigation search results will not work.
