Time Sheet Reconciliation Exception

The Time Sheet Reconciliation Exception report compares the data recorded by the GPS Tracking feature to Time Entry times entered by the user and displays any exceptions based on the selected criteria. If one activity for a day meets the exception criteria, all data for the day is included in the report.

Parameters

  • Date

  • Manager - data for all users listed below the user chosen in the user hierarchy will be included in the report.

  • Show work outside of work day(Threshold In Minutes)(Optional) - If work activity occurs more than the specified threshold before the Timesheet Start or after the Timesheet End, it is reported as an exception.

  • Show lack of work in work day(Threshold In Minutes)(Optional) - If work activity occurs more than the specified threshold after the Timesheet Start or before the Timesheet End, it is reported as an exception.

    Report Output

The Time Sheet Reconciliation Exception report contains the following fields:

  • Locator
  • First Activity of Day - displays the first time each activity was performed before the Timesheet Start time.
  • Timesheet Start - the user's start time as entered in the Time Entry system.
  • First Activity of Work Day - displays the first login, sync, GPS record, and "movement" after the Timesheet Start time. "movement" = recording a GPS location that is >= 0.25 miles from the first GPS location of the day.
  • Last Activity of Work Day - displays the last login, sync, GPS record, and "movement" before the Timesheet Start time.
  • Timesheet End - the user's end time as entered in the Time Entry system.
  • First Activity of Day - displays the last time each activity was performed after the Timesheet End time.
