Adding A New Feed
To add a new feed to TicketRx:

Select the Feeds module and click Create Feed.

Enter the Feed Name, Feed State, and select the time zone. Select any relevant options:
- Manual - designates that the feed is for tickets created manually.
- Notify Excavators - designates that excavators should be sent emails or faxes when the status of a ticket changes.
- Queue Responses - enables responses to be sent to One Call centers when a ticket is statused.
- Parse - enables tickets to be automatically loaded into TicketRx.
- Low volume Threshold - specifies the minimum number of responses expected on a feed.
- Allow Tickets To Combine with Other Feeds - allows tickets from this feed to combine with other feeds if the ticket number matches.
- Attachment Loading - automatically attaches files sent to tickets.

Click the Expert Mode button then the Parsers tab.

Click the green plus button to the right side of the screen then assign the correct format and audit parser to the feed. If the correct parsers are not available, contact support to have them enabled.

Click the Save button.

Select the Script Plug-Ins module.

Select the folder labeled Due Rule and click the Add Plug-In button.

Search for and select the newly created feed. Click Assign.

Select the feed from the list below the Due Rule folder.

Select the appropriate Due Rule in the Script Plug-In Detail pane to the right and click save. If the correct due rules is not available contact support to have them enabled.

Select the Lookup Tables module.

Select the folder labeled Due Tables and click Create Subtable

Search for and select the newly created feed. Click Assign.

Select the feed from the list below the Due Tables folder.

Enter values for how many days in the future tickets should be due for normal and emergency tickets.

Enter true for useTransmitDate to use the transmit date as the base date for calculating due dates else enter false.

Activate or configure receivers in the Receivers module.
