Adding A Status Code

There are three steps to adding a status code in TicketRx:

  1. Create the status code using the Admin/Status Codes screen.
  2. Assign the status code to the utilities using the "Statuses" tab on the Admin/Utility screen.
  3. If the feed has a responder, configure the response codes on the "Translation" tab of the Admin/Feeds screen.
