Configurable Grid

Configurable grids are located on the Ticket Manager, My Tix, Dashboard, Find, Screening and other screens and they are used to configure the columns displayed in the application.

When the button in the upper-right corner of the grid is selected the menu will open and the columns available will display in a list format.

To display a column, a checkmark needs to be next to the column heading. To hide a column, the checkmark next to the heading needs to be removed. To close the column menu, click anywhere in the application and the menu will close. Settings such as column width, order and sort order will be retained after restarting the application. However, if a user logs in from a different computer, the display will not reflect the changes to the settings, but that of the default configuration.

You can also change the column width and order by clicking and dragging the vertical line between the column headers.

Sorting

You can sort the rows by clicking on column headers. Clicking a column header once sorts the column in ascending order. Clicking a column header a second time sorts the column in descending order. For multi-column sorting hold the CTRL key while clicking on column headers.
