When the year is not specified, the system will select the nearest year with this date. For example, on Sep 2, 2009 typing "Jan 1" will resolve to Jan 1, 2010 and "Jul 15" to Jul 15, 2009.

For month name you can use the full month name or its abbreviation: either "Jan 1 2009" or "January 1 2009" is acceptable. Similarly, for the day of the week you can use abbreviations instead of the full names: "next mon" and "next monday" are both accepted.

Date formats can be freely mixed with time formats. For example, "today 2 pm" is a valid entry.

Press plus, "+", or minus, "-", on the keyboard to change the date to the next or the previous day.
