Viewing On Time Performance Data in OLAP
As an alternative to running the On Time Performance report, similar data can be viewed in OLAP.
Criteria
The following criteria can be used in OLAP to view some of the data included on the On Time Performance report. To make the OLAP data easier to read, suppress all empty rows and columns.
Columns
Configure these columns in OLAP:
- Terms –> Feeds –> All Feeds
- Measures –> Ticket Number, Qty, Closed On Time, Percent Closed, Init On Time, & Percent Init
Rows
Configure these rows in OLAP:
- Due Date –> Choose Desired Date Range
- Employee –> Choose Desired Employees
- Ticket Type –> All Types
Correlation Between OLAP & On Time Performance Report
The table below displays the OLAP column that corresponds to each column on the On Time Performance report.

Not all of the information contained on the On Time Performance report can be viwed from OLAP.The following columns on the On Time Performance report can not be viewed in OLAP.
- Tickets Closed On Time
- %Tickets Closed On Time
- Tickets First Stat. On Time
- %Tickets First Stat. On Time
