Damage Per Excavator

The Damage Per Excavator report displays the total number of investigations & facility damages, by state and excavator, for the specified date range.

Parameters

  • Damage Date Range
  • Responsibility
  • Manager

Use the Active checkbox to make the Manager parameter active or inactive. If the Manager parameter is inactive, data for all users will be considered in the report.

Report Output

The Damage Per Excavator report contains the following fields:

  • State
  • Excavator
  • Investigation Count - The number of investigations.
  • Total Facility Damages - The number of damaged facilities (each investigation can have multiple facilities). This count does not include facilities which were investigated but found not to be damaged.
  • Responsibility - The count of damaged facilities that are the responsibility of the selected party.
  • Investigations - The identification numbers of the investigation records.
