Damage Responsibility

This Damage Responsibility report provides a list with the number of damages for each locator.

Parameters

  • Notification date range
  • Damage date range
  • Region
  • Customer Region
  • Manager

All parameters are optional. However, at least one date parameter (damage date or notification date) must be specified. Use the Active checkbox to make a parameter active or inactive.

Report Output

The Damage Resposibility report contains the following fields:

  • Employee Number
  • Number of Investigations - total number of investigations for the selected date range.
  • Number of Damages - total number of damages for the selected date range.
  • First Damage - date of the least recent damage included in the report.
  • Last Damage - date of the most recent damage included in the report; omitted if it's equal to First Damage.
  • "CUS" - number of "CUS" damages.
  • non-"CUS" - number of non-"CUS" damages.
  • Locator not Chargeable - number of damages with "Locator not Chargeable" status.
  • Open - number of open damages.
  • Field Closed on time - number of damages field closed on time.
  • Field Closed late - number of damages not field closed on time.
