Damage Responsibility Detail
The Damage Responsibility Detail report provides detailed information about investigations.
The Damage Responsibility Detail report screen is shown below:

Parameters
- Damage Date
- Region - only data from the selected region will be included the report. If a region is not specified, data for all regions will be included.
- Customer Region - only data from the selected customer region will be included the report. If a customer region is not specified, data for all customer regions will be included.
- Manager - all users listed below the user chosen, in the user hierarchy, will be included in the report.
- Sort By - the report can be sorted by Investigator or Region.
The Damage Responsibility Detail report contains the following fields:
- Claim# - claim number.
- Region - region in which the damage occurred.
- RMIR - investigation number.
- Damage Dt - date when the damage occurred.
- Address - address of the damage.
- Utility - damaged utility.
- Excavator - who was excavating the site.
- EMP# - employee number of the locator.
- Locator - name of the locator.
- Ticket# - ticket number as specified in the transmission from the call center.
- Pics - number of pictures attached to the Investigation and the relevant ticket.
- Reason - reason for the damage.
- Responsibility - who was responsible for the damage.
- Rec'd Dt - date when the invoice was received.
- Invoiced - the invoiced amount for the damage.
- Paid - actual amount paid for the damage.
- Estimate - estimated cost of the damage.
- Status - current status of the investigation.
- Facility Type - the type of facility that was damaged. This field is only included in the CSV version of the report. The report section describes how to produce a CSV report.
- Facility Subtype - the specific, subtype of factility that was damaged. (This field is only included in the CSV version of the report. The report section describes how to produce a CSV report.
