Investigation Detail Report
The Investigation Detail report provides a detailed report for a specific investigation based on the parameters you select. You can run this report from the Investigation Detail screen or from the Find screen

Report Parameters:
- RMIR(*) - Number of the investigation you want to include in the report
By default, all Include sections are selected except for Include Investigation Attachments and Include Ticket Attachments. If you don't want to include a selected section, clear the check box by clicking it. To include a selection, select the check box.
- Include Client Acceptance - Includes a section in the report for the client to sign it showing their acceptance.

Include History - Include the investigation history in the report.

Include Questions - Include the investigation questions and answers in the report.

Include Facilities - Include detail sections about the facilities on the investigation.

Include Estimates - Include the financial estimates in the report.

Include Invoices - Include the invoices in the report.

Include Investigation Attachments - Include the files attached to this investigation in the report. For examples, digital photos, sketches, etc.

Include Investigators - List the people who worked the investigation.

Ticket:
- Include Locates - Include a section with details about the locates on the ticket.
- Include Ticket - Include a section with details about the ticket associated with the investigation.
- Include Ticket Attachments - Select this option to include the files that are attached to the ticket.

Damage Ticket:
- Include Damage Ticket Locates - Include a section with details about the locates on the damage ticket.
- Include Damage Ticket - Include a section with details about the damage ticket associated with the investigation.
- Include Damage Ticket Attachments - Select this option to include the files that are attached to the damage ticket.
Report Output
The report output differs depending on the parameters you included.

Printing Attachments
When including attachments in the report, only files of type .pdf, .jpg, .gif, and .png are printed. The others are listed in the report but not printed. Also, there is a system limit on the size of this report. Once this limit is exceeded then the remaining attachment files will be listed, but not printed in the report.
The following data for each attachment is included in the report:
- Attached to - The ticket number or investigation number the attachment is attached to
- Name - Attachment file name
- Upload Date - Date when the attachment was uploaded
- Uploaded by - The user that attached the file
- Created - Date when the attachment was created
- Position - Latitude and longitude recorded in the file. This applies to photos taken with a GPS enabled camera.
After the summary page, each image file is printed in the report. If an image file type is not supported or recognized by TicketRx, the file information will be listed but the image will not be printed.
