Investigation List

The Investigation List report provides a list of all investigations performed during a specified date range.

The Investigation List report screen is shown below:

Parameters

  • Date

  • Manager - all users listed below the user chosen, in the user hierarchy, will be included in the report.

  • Customer Region

  • Status

    • new - if checked, investigations with the "new" status will be included.
    • in process - if checked, investigations with the "in process" status will be included.
    • field closed - if checked, investigations with the "field closed" status will be included.
    • cost entered - if checked, investigations with the "cost entered" status will be included.
    • invoiced - if checked, investigations with the "invoiced" status will be included.
    • closed - if checked, investigations with the "closed" status will be included.

Report Output

The Investigation List report contains the following fields:

  • Report Date
  • RMIR
  • Status
  • Create Date
  • Damage Date
  • Utility Name
  • State
