Acknowledge

To acknowledge a ticket that has been flagged as Needs Attention, open the desired ticket, and click the Acknowledge button on the Ticket Detail screen.

This opens the Acknowledge Transmission window, shown below:

Highlight the transmission to acknowledge, choose the correct option from the Resolve as drop-down box, and then click the Resolve button. If there are multiple transmissions listed for the ticket, each transmission must be acknowledged. Once all of the transmissions have been resolved, the ticket must be saved. Before saving, the start date and time must be entered on the Ticket Detail screen. The ticket can then be saved by clicking the Save button. The changes to the ticket will be uploaded to the server as part of the next sync. After the changes have been uploaded to the server, the "Needs Attention" bucket and the Dashboard will be updated to reflect that the ticket is acknowledged.
