Changing Password
Users have the ability to change their password by following these simple steps:
1. Once logged in, click the File menu in the upper left-hand corner.
2. Select Change Password from the menu.
3. The Change Password dialog box will appear. Enter the old password, and the new password, which must be at least six characters or more and not the same as the old password.

The user must be connected to the Internet to change their password.
Password Expiration
Occasionally TicketRx will prompt the user to change their password. A message box will appear, letting the user know the date their password will expire The user does not have to change the password right then, but the application will stop working if the password is not changed before the expiration date.

Once the password has expired then the user must change their password. At this point the password change window will be displayed with a message that their password has expired. The user will not be able to continue using TicketRx without changing their password.

The password expiration date is configured via the User Admin screen.
