Adding Excavator Notes to Tickets

Locators can add Excavator Notes to tickets. These notes are included on the Excavator Notification faxes.

To add an Excavator Note, check the Excavator Note checkbox located directly to the left of the Notes field on the Ticket Detail screen. Enter the note to be included on the Excavator Notification fax in the Notes field. Enter a Start Date/Time and End Date/Time, and click the Save button.

The Excavator Note checkbox and Notes field are shown below.

Note: Users must have the "TICKET.NOTE.EXCAV" right to add Excavator Notes.
