Highlight Changes
The Highlight Changes feature displays the differences between subsequent transmissions received for a ticket. This feature is helpful for determining exactly what changed when a ticket was re-transmitted from the one-call center.
There are three available display settings for this feature.
- Highlighting Off - No differences are displayed.
- Highlight Changes (Default) - Only the new text from this transmission is displayed. The text it replaced from the previous transmission is not displayed.
- Include Deleted Text - The new text from this transmission and the text it replaced from the previous transmission is displayed.

Follow these steps to view the differences between multiple transmissions:

Use the Ticket Image drop-down box to select an image. (Note: No differences are displayed for the first transmission because there is no previous transmission to compare it to.)

Choose the desired Highlight Changes option from the drop-down box.

The differences are now displayed.
