Locate Questions
TicketRx can be configured to ask locators to answer questions as part of working a locate. Questions can be tied to specific utilities or even to specific status codes.
After the user statuses a locate with a status that has an associated question, then one or more questions will appear in the Work Information section of the Details tab and the "Locate Questions" section of the Questions tab.
Questions can be configured as required or optional. The user will be not able to complete work on the ticket without answering all required questions. 
User supplies answers to questions are:
- Displayed on the History Tab
- Included in Ticket Detail report
- Possibly transferred to the one-call center as a part of positive response (depending on the specific responder protocol used).
