Login

To log in into the TicketRx system, double-click the TicketRx icon on your desktop.

Alternatively, you can launch the program by clicking Start > Program Files > TicketRx.

The login screen will appear as shown below. Enter your username and password, and click the Log In button.

Once you log in, the available features depend on the permissions assigned to your user. Features can be added or removed for each user.

Deactivated Account

If you attempt to login after your account has been deactived then you will receive a message notifying you that your account is no longer active.
