Menu
The application menu is located in the top of the window and has three sub-menus: File, Edit, and Help
File
- Change Password…
- Options…
Edit
- Cut
- Copy
- Paste
- Select All
- Find
The Edit menu items became available when an item is selected that suports the operation. All of these actions are also available via pop-up menu by right-clicking on an item or hot keys via the keyboard (e.g. Ctrl+C to copy text).
Help
- Documentation - opens the TicketRx online documentation in a web browser. This requires an active Internet connection.
- About Ticket Rx… - Displays a window with basic information about this version of the TicketRx client.
- System Properties… - Displays detailed information about system properties. Used for support purposes.
- TicketRx Remote Support - Opens Remote Support File download in a web browser. This is used when working with the TicketRx support team and requires an active Internet connection.
- Adobe Reader - Downloads the Adobe Reader installer. This requires an active Internet connection. Adobe Reader can be used for viewing PDF reports generated by TicketRx.
- Windows Journal Viewer - Downloads the Windows Journal Viewer installer. This requires an active Internet connection. Windows Journal Viewer can be used for viewing sketches created on a table computer and uploaded as attachments in TicketRx.
