Ticket Planner

The Ticket Planner allows you to manage and sort your tickets. To use the feature, first sort your tickets by clicking on a column in the My Tix screen, and click on the Ticket Planner icon at the top of your screen. The Ticket Planner will show you a more detailed list of tickets, in the same order as they were on the My Tix screen. To use the Planner feature, simply drag and drop any of the tickets into the order you wish. Once the tickets are in the correct order, you can return to the My Tix screen and you will notice that the Order column is now populated. If you sort the tickets by clicking on the Order column, the tickets will be listed in the order you specified with the Ticket Planner. You may sort the tickets by other columns, but the numbers assigned to each ticket in the Order column will remain the same unless you change the order in the Ticket Planner screen.

The following information is displayed about each ticket on the Ticket Planner screen:

• Ticket Number
• Due Date/Time
• Address
• City
• Map Location - If the data parsed from the ticket is too large to fit within the display area, hovering over the map location causes a tool tip box to pop up displaying the entire map location.
• Ticket Type
• Time Until Due - the number of hours until the due date/time
